A 10.7% response rate on an unincentivized post-stay email survey is a healthy signal that guests are opening and acting on the emails.

What's working
  • 99.6% of eligible arriving guests get a welcome email automatically, no staff effort.
  • 4.83/5 average rating with 86.2% five-star, and the survey is doing its other job too: detailed low-rating responses reached the team while they could still act.
  • The full four-stage lifecycle has now run hands-off across 933 guests since launch.
Opportunities next
  • Surface bounced addresses on the staff dashboard so the front desk can correct a mistyped email while the guest is still on property. One August guest received none of their four emails across the whole stay because of a single mistyped character in their email domain, and nobody could see it.
  • Turn on open & click tracking: today we measure sends, deliveries and responses, not opens. Enabling it would add open and click rates to future reports.
  • Grow guest self check-in (0 of 275 this period) to save front-desk time.
